FindWTF Return Policy


At FindWTF, we want our customers to be happy with our products. Replace any items you that arrive damaged or defective within 15-days from the date of your purchase. Please note, we do not offer any exchanges unless we shipped the wrong item.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless we shipped the wrong item. 


You will be responsible for your own shipping costs when returning your item. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


If the item you received was incorrect, defective or damaged please contact us at hello@findwtf.com or through or online contact form know and they will take care of it ASAP.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email confirming we have received your return. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Once your refund is approved you'll be reimbursed in the original form of payment. Refunds to Paypal or coupon codes are done instantly. 


Credit card refunds usually take a few business days to post back to your account but can take up to 30-days depending on your credit card company. If you don‘t see your refund posted to your account, give it some time and check your bank account again and then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.


Items listed as sale items or clearance items cannot be refunded, only regular priced items.
